To the kid who is dating someone, but deep
inside, has never gotten over the girl down the street, who he is truly in love
with.
To the girl whose boyfriend blindsided her
and decided he didn't think they should see each other anymore.
To the guy who ever time he gets the nerve
to ask someone to be his girlfriend, gets turned down.
To the guy who truly adores his
girlfriend, but his family and friends evaluate his relationship solely on his
age.
To the girl who is caught up in a swirling
hole of sin and continues... going and deeper and deeper.
To the guy who always tries his hardest to
treasure his friendships with girls, but always ends up falling for them
anyway.
To the girl who struggles over the
insecurities in her life, even though she knows they are not right.
All of your struggles are part of what makes you, you. Your story would not be unique without the hardships that make you a wiser and stronger person. Without life situations to grow us as people, wouldn’t we all just stay twelve year olds in adult bodies? Don’t be afraid to work through your problems and talk about them with someone else. Don’t see them as weaknesses, but as something that will make you stronger.
This is so special, Lauren. Thank you.
